About HACIENDA COPEY
HACIENDA COPEY was established in 2011 to produce the highest quality specialty coffee in the Copey district of the Los Santos Zone in San Jose, Costa Rica.
The location is 1,840 to 2,195 meters above sea level, and the area has a low-temperature microclimate with large temperature differences between day and night.
The fertile soil is nurtured by various plant and tree species that form vast forests.
The plots are divided according to the terroir‘s characteristics, and the cultivated varieties are selected.
The coffee trees that grow on our farm benefit from this great terroir, and the coffee produced here expresses the unique flavor of HACIENDA COPEY.
